Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may return items if:

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
  • The item is not listed under non-returnable items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items (if opened)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Final sale / clearance items
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via email- Sdigital247official@gmail.com, your account dashboard, or our WhatsApp number.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Ship the item to the Company Registered address.
  4. Share tracking details (required).

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are eligible only for orders cancelled before final order acceptance (usually within 30 minutes).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or defective items (subject to availability).
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Customers may need to pay price differences (if applicable).

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share photos/videos as proof.
  • Replacement or refund will be arranged at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping (unless the item is defective).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
